HP wank is much more fun than HP fandom. HP-related academia can also be hilarious -- though I may think this partially because I, a lowly undergrad, have managed to pwn most of the rest of the HP-related post-structuralist and sociali$t (#@^%ing filter...) contingents.

That's why I'll be staying here. I'm not surprised, undergrads still have to actually work, as in think, and I'm pretty sure the never-ending flow of pretentious recycled 'meta' causes brainrot. I'm sure I'm a bit contaminated for trying to follow it without laughing when I was still a n00b to online fandom.
