here about the OTW legal aspects. I was wondering what they were going to do when someone was sued for copyright infringement. I wonder, though, will the EFF really step in in this situation? I think it would depend on how strong the case is. It's unclear, though.... just how strong ARE fanfic's legal chances? Obviously it depends on the merits of the individual case in those situations, though.
