My plan is not to post a new FW entry until the ruling, which I expect sooner rather than later, given the way Judge Patterson has pushed the whole thing through. So, newest ETA: The briefs are up.

So, that's why nothing new has happened and I've had no laughter, sunshine or ponies prancing in my life. Somewhere (either LL or rattlesnakeroot's lj)I read a post by someone purporting to have familiarity with the judge. Said poster expected a ruling on or after June 10. That's a really long time! (Sorry for the whining.)
