Seiyuu Identification
It's funny how I don't like to realize that I know a VA if the voice is English and do like it if the VA is Japanese. At least as a general rule, though Jonathan Frakes invariably makes me happy, and if Avery Brooks got into it...well. We need chilling basso voices and he may be up when the current crop dies.
That said, I could not remember who Kanda's seiyuu was, only that the role of pissy, easily-annoyed guy on the side of good was actually my standard interpretation of the voice, and I am pleased to note that I recognized him from being Fakir (Princess Tutu) and Haruka (Tactics.)
