life imitates wank. or is it the other way around?

The judge in the Robert Blake murder case delayed opening statements Monday for two weeks because of the theft of the defense lawyer's computer.

Attorney M. Gerald Schwartzbach told the court he would need more time to prepare because he lost materials in the computer taken in a burglary from his home.

The burglary occurred Dec. 1 at Schwartzbach's apartment and is under investigation by police. A court representative has described the computer as containing the "heart and soul" of the defense case.

admittedly i haven't been following this case but this news item just sort of jumped out at me because of recent wank.
