If, at any point in a kerfuffle, a party uses his/her child(ren) or his/her childfree status as a point in their favor, they will be given one round to exonerate themselves; if they fail to return to proper argumentative form, they lose. This is waived in the event that one's child(ren) or childfree status is in any way relevant.

Corollary of Rebuttal: If their opponent rebuts this "point" with an equally fatuous, ad hominem non-reply -- "you should have given you kid up for adoption" or "you're just childfree 'cause you can't get anyone to breed with you anyway" -- both parties will be declared to have lost and will be grounded from the Internet for a week.

Rocket's Axiom of Uncertain Causation

Anyone who claims to have been responsible for the creation or continued existence of a forum/community/so on as a reason to win the argument, when the only evidence of this claim is tenuous at best ("well, I had an idea like this and I talked to the mod -- he made it because of me!"), automatically loses the argument and is penalized 30 points for shame.

Certain Causation Corollary: This Axiom is null and void in the case of sysops, mods, and other individuals actually responsible for the creation of the community. However, should such an individual violate the Axiom, they will be escorted away from the argument and asked to meditate on proper use of their position.

Cathal's Corrolary: If violation of this Axiom aggravates a previous violation of Cathal's Law, the offender's remaining respect will be halved again and open mocking season shall be declared.

The Silent Strider's Corollary: If the offender violates this Axiom as an excuse for flagrant idiocy or as an explanation of why they are "unbannable," they should be freely supplied with clear evidence of their bannability.
