Well, to be fair, I think it was because people had gotten on her for using a common internet phrasing to describe an actual literal eye-gouging that didn't actually involve sporks at all, and she'd changed it because I said something about her ruining the phrase for us.

I'd link you to the exact comment, but she has now bahleeted. 'Cause, y'know, that'll totally make everyone forget right away and not bring any attention to the issue at all.

Yeah, I saw that in the comments on random_lounge, and my estimation of her has gone back up accordingly. ^_^

I will admit that I was a little surprised by the deletion, actually, since she didn't seem like the type from the comments on otf_wank, so it actually makes sense that she was doing it by mod request, if I think about it.
