This is the second part of end-of-year mega quiz, containing 10 rounds of 10 questions each. The quiz includes spoilers for several recent films, TV shows and books, so you participate at your own risk.
Once again I am screening the replies to this post and will be awarding the Tiara to the person who gets the most questions right, rather the first person to answer the questions as I usually do. The winner will be announced on the 10th January, so make sure that you make sure your answer has been posted by 5pm on 9th January (UK time) to make sure you don't miss out in your chance for the virtual sparklies!
The quiz was premiered live at my Buffy Christmas get-together in December and people who were there are ineligible. Congratulations go to aaron1972 for winning the live action version of the quiz and many thanks to everyone who contributed questions.

The winner of part 1 of the Christmas Mega Quiz Tiara was multiclassgeek with 41½ points! Consolation Diadems to everyone else who took part. The answers are below - if you disagree with any of them, take it up with whoever wrote the question not me!

PS: multiclassgeek, Mozo's section was "Classical BSG" (as in BSG and the classics) rather than "Classic BSG (as in the original series). Sorry for any confusion that caused.

Christmas Mega-Quiz part 1
This is the end-of-year mega quiz - split into two halves this year. The first half will cover two weekends as I am away over Christmas itself and then have a houseparty immediately afterwards. This half has 15 rounds of 5 questions each, only 10 of which I have written myself I'm pleased to say!
The quiz includes spoilers for several recent films, TV shows and books, so you participate at your own risk.
I am screening the replies to this post and will be awarding the Tiara to the person who gets the most questions right, rather the first person to answer the questions as I usually do. I will tot up the points once the Christmas madness is over and post the answers and the winner on the morning of 3 January, so you don't need to reply straight away - indeed, it would be easier for me if you all did just one reply each. I'll need a little time to do the maths so I suggest that you make sure your answers have been posted by midnight on 1 January (UK time) to make sure you don't miss out in your chance for the virtual sparklies!

A Grandmother, that's what.
I was at the dentist's this evening and as the hygenist was scouring my gums with a brillo pad (as they do) I was half listening to someone interview Suzi on Radio 2. Suddenly I heard her talking about how her Granddaughter comes to see her shows these days and I was gobsmacked... well, not literally - the Hygenist isn't quite that sadistic!
Now logically speaking I know that she's old enough, but I can still remember when my age was still in single figures and she was the bad girl we all wanted to grow up to be (Marie Osmond being pretty much the the only alternative role mode at the time). I just can't believe that now she's more St Winifred's School Choir than Devil Gate Drive.

Hells teeth, the LJ mess is just getting nastier and nastier. I don’t want to leave – whilst those of you who went through The Harem relocation will know that I’m a “burn your bridges” sort of person, my friends and communities are here and they aren’t anywhere else in large numbers – but their recent “clarification” is driving me ever closer to having to leave on principle even though I’ll suffer for it and they won’t.

For the time being I’m cross posting between journals, but only answering quiz replies on LJ because trying anything else will fry my brain. For the future, I just don’t know. My paid journal still has several months to go, so I guess I have some breathing space at least.
Damn you LJ – why are you making it so difficult for me to be lazy?
