[mood]  contemplativeSo. I finally got round to watching Night Watch. I don't quite know what I was expecting, but the film turned out to be ok. It started off pretty well, went a bit dodgy in the middle and then picked up towards the end. I think mostly, it makes me want to check out the books it's based on. That could be a good thing, or it could be a bad thing. I am curious though, about the Russian edit of the film and whether the scenes that are in that that aren't in the international edit would make it make more or less sense. Hmm. | |||

Which is kind of wanky I guess. All I want to know, why aren't they posting in my afi_Daily community DAMMIT? | |||

[mood]  Amped[music] Keep It Peel Episode 3 was really great. Perhaps not in the conventional "this is a good film" sense, and a bit in the "it's better than the other 2" sense, but it was cool. Especially Yoda. And his pimpness. :D Really enjoying the Unabridged Narnia audiobooks by HarperCollins. The first one I listened to was read by Jeremy Northam and the one I'm listening to currently is read by Derek Jacobi. Yay english accents. That's the problem with having an english accent. You can't actually hear it in yourself. In fact, I have no idea what kind of accent I have myself other than... southern. Which is a bit vague. I guess I could narrow it down to South-eastern. But other than than, I have absolutely no idea. Heh. | |||
