I am a computer geek. I love reading. I love slash. I love computer games. I am a bit of a loner, by choice. I do have a close knit circle of friends and family that (mostly!) accept me and my eccentricities. I am a teacher. I believe that normal is boring and the one thing I want most to impart to my students is to be themselves. I am happy with the life I have. Yes, I have hopes and dreams and aspirations, but if this is all I ever have I will still be content.

I am extremely multi-fannish, so you'll see a lot of different fandoms pop up.  I tend to collect shiny new fandoms and still manage to fall even more in love with the older ones.  Mostly I post recs, links to interesting LJ happenings/communities, random personal stuff and every so often I toss out an icon set or two. 

I also mod two weekly newsletters: ts_newsletter (The Sentinel) and sn_updates (Sports Night).

I'm a pretty laid back person, so no drama here.  Friend me, defriend me - your choice.  Right now I'm all about fandom, so I tend to friend journals with some sort of fannish content, be it meta, recs, fic or art.
