I suppose what confuses me about this prewarned thing, it was made by some sockpuppet mod? So the mod who deleted it isn't even willing to come forward and say anything?

As I understand it, brad is the mod. He's the mod account, and the people we know as mods (or don't know, as the case may be) are the ones who have the password to that account. So it's not a sockpuppet, it's the mod, but we don't know which one.
