Little Lulu http://www.theittybittykittycommittee.com/2009/11/little-lulu.html This picture of Luella was taken a couple of weeks back. She looks so round here. Just in past week, her body has stretched, and she's getting long and lanky. All the drapers have their homes (hooray!!!) and will be departing on Saturday. I'll give you the full report on that later. |

Draper Kitties at Their Ittiest http://www.theittybittykittycommittee.com/2009/11/draper-kitties-at-their-ittiest.html I was looking through some early shots of the Draper kittens, and found this picture. They're so itty here. All four kittens fit comfortably in the basket back then. Now, there's hardly room for one. The kittens are growing at record speed. Perry gain SEVEN ounce in the past six days. (on average, a kitten gains 1/2 an ounce a day) Everyone's over two pounds now, even little Miss Millie. In fact, they all went in for the old snippity-snip today, and I'm about to head off to the Humane Society to pick them up. So yes friends, the end is near. Savor these final Draper moments.. I know I will. |

Why So Sad, Millie? http://www.theittybittykittycommittee.com/2009/11/why-so-sad-millie.html You're looking a little glum. What on earth could be the problem, Millie? Nothing. Sniff. Nothing's wrong. Sniff.
Oh dear, I see what the trouble is. SOMEONE has been chewing on your whiskers. Now who could it be? Perry. Perry is it you? I'm innocent. I swear, I'm innocent. |

The Breakfast Dash http://www.theittybittykittycommittee.com/2009/11/breakfast-dash.html Every morning, it's always the same. I open the door to the kitten room and out they run, headed straight for the kitchen in search of their breakfast. It's not just The Drapers that do this. Every single litter we've ever fostered did the very same thing. If you ask Sue, she'll tell you her kittens do the breakfast dash too. Here's a little clip of their dash the other day. Enjoy! |
