It kind of looks like a trailer to me - there's a 'who is black spark?' theme running through the whole thing, and text about a Director's Cut flashes by at some point. So I'd guess that there's some film about this guy Black Spark that'll be released and the sex bits are clips from the various scenes in the film. ... I feel there should be an amendment of 'people who watch that and actually get off on it' to that sentence. Because while I have watched it, it was a result of some serious boredom and sheer curiosity while channel surfing one night, and was followed by a LOT of laughing.
