Okay, here's what I've got. Please add to it in the comments, especially if you have better info or were banned after the initial round.

sepiamagpie posts a poll to fandom_debate asking about getting banninations for his birthday.

Sep's birthday rolls around.

Sep asks shoiryu how to ban people. Shoi tells him, making Sep's Happy Banday all her fault.

The majority of mods find out they've been banned (everyone but Sep, apoplexia, and eljuno).

At snacky's behest, puipui posts to fandom_wank wishing Sep a happy birthday and encouraging the wankas to reply to the post to see if they'd been banned.

puipui is very sad about being left out of the banninations, and Sep remedies his oversight.

Sep posts to fandom_wank revealing his bannination list and handing out certificates to the bannees.

Unbanned users feel left out, and Sep obligingly bans them.

anatsuno bans Sep from the admin console, but neglects to remove his admin privileges.

Sep goes out to dinner and gets his drunk on.

Juno(?) bans ana in retaliation.

Everyone fails to ban Juno, or at least keep him banned.

Seekrit banninations commence.

Attempts to sort out the bannination.

Happy chaos ensues.

Though prettyveela and rotten_fish don't seem to be coping so well.

The unbanninations begin.

snacky may or may not be unbanned.

Sep gets back from dinner, and, fearing for the server's robustness, unbans everyone.
