2:49PM - Pee Ay Arr Tee Why.

enemy_anime, darkschneider, and I were all born within a week or so of each other! So rather than have one pretty cool and two kinda half-assed parties for you people, we're gonna throw ONE AMAZING BLAST.

Things kick off at 6pm, but we're cool with you guys showing up whenever you can. If you wanna eat or drink anything, you'll have to bring it. Or convince some one else to. I'm not sure we even coordinated cake an' ice cream. Perhaps this isn't such an 'amazing blast' after all.

None-the-less! It is what it is! So bring meats and cheeses and glorious fluids! There will be games and movies and two cats for woobling purposes.

In lieu of 'presents' this year, I'll be taking pledges to help me assemble the family photo-albums. Failing that, I like crayons and coloring books.

9:56PM - Soundtrack

And Thus was my day. Sniffly Sniffly Snot Snot. A duel combination of sleeping on my floor and playing with dusty objects in the attic the day before led my sinuses into a private hell. My nose is so raw and swollen, i can't really feel it running anymore. Which just makes for a WORLD of embarrassing drip-centric situations at work, lemme tell ya.

BUT. I did not come to Lj to bitch about the leak in my face!

None of these are quite as funny as they were when they were first said. Without exposition, I'm not convinced they engender appropriate levels of hilarity. But due to my BRAIN being MUGGED BY MUCUS, I'm unequal to the task of inserting proper wit in and around each of these delightful gems.

However, I was given to believe that there would be money offered to anyone willing to turn these into catchy tunes appropriate for humming or making little flash vids.

AND the investment seminar thing on the 24th of October got canceled. Bowie. It got CANCELED. They didn't say why, but it won't be happening. Assume Wednesday as usual.

This got long. I am well! Though I shake my fist at the healthcare system in a continual manner. Loopy-loo-loo! WHY CAN"T I HAVE MY DRUGS GODDAMNIT?!?!!

Um. And anyone collecting McDonald's 'monopoly' pieces? That doesn't redeem their codes online? I've redeemed some... which are all worthless unless i redeem more. If you have 'spares' about, send them along.

2:24PM - brain muffins?

Since i'm determined not to displace my most recent LJ post... my "To-Do" list of epic proportions... I figured i'd pop up over here. Not the least to say:

+melannen I'm stuck at work with no discernible amount of will-power. Did you end up going to work today? If not, did you want to work in companionable silence? (And please tell me if you're tired of me dragging you places. K's pretty sure that one day you will have had enough of us.)

EDIT:: am sick. going home. need voice and brain for tomorrow. have presentation and midterm. wheee.

+I WILL do NanoWrimo. I've got two potential stories... hell, three, really. um... four... five? but yes. Must must must finish big lump-o-schooling first.

+Want meds.

+Want cake. And Sleep. And a Steak. And ... a whole HOST of things.

+Am grateful for what I have though. Good job. Great friends. Allergies of a non-crippling nature. Roof over head. Cute (if occasionally stinky) kitties. Wonderful boyfriend. All my fingers. Really, i'm blessed.
