MORE COMMENTARY GOODNESS actually i posted this to lj but since i have been bibbling on about the commentaries here, i will crosspost. EARTHSHOCK: THE COMMENTARY, or, why janet fielding needs to be my WIFE. I love the commentaries on classic who, I just ADORE them. Tom Baker making obscene jokes about--I'm not even sure WHAT it was about but it was hilarious. the saucy jokes seem to be pretty constant, actually--oh, no, on the Survival commentary they just made rude comments about Thatcher.

man, Tamm/Baker/director are so ENORMOUSLY self-congratulatory, I love it. Like, the Five commentaries are just mocking each other brutally, pointing out boom shadows, noting where Adric was hungover and all that. --the Two commentary I've heard is also very congratulatory but that's easier to pull off with older stuff. alright, there be NO RHYME NOR REASON to this, but i'm putting off packing and JF is my current Shiny Thing, so what the hell. People of the Journalfen! Do any of y'all like the Doctor Who? new or old, I do not discriminate. (unless you are one of those batshit devotees of Rosolatry--quick test! was losing rose more tragic than losing gallifrey? IF SO, YOU FAIL) but uh, in *all other respects* i have love for everyone/era/thing.
who is your favorite? who is the doctor gay for? who is the doctor HETEROGAY for? (i cannot bring myself to regard five/anyone as "straight," even if it IS a woman. and seven/ace is QUEER QUEER QUEER. and eight is--well, queer, actually, ILU BBC) if you mixed romana and b&w-era, would you actually get an explosion of awesome massive enough to consume the galaxy, or merely the solar system? is anyone here quite as batshit MADLY IN LOVE with the EDAs as i am? (must...upload...fitz icon...) does anyone listen to the audios? and feel strangely desirous for exoskeletal pr0n about c'rizz? ...no, okay, that one is just me. but anyway.

alright, i am lazy as hell, but lj has pissed me off more this time than at any point in the last SEVEN YEARS, so uh. HERE I BE. not stopping posting over there yet, because i am a pathetic hermit and the internet is my entire social life and uprooting the whole damn thing will require somewhat more provocation, but I AM READY TO DO IT. grar. etc.
