Turkey baked potatoes (stolen from Citybites by me.)
what you need:
Large baking potatoes, I prefer Idaho russets.
Box of stove top turkey stuffing
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 turkey gravy (your choice jars, can, packets)
1 lb Deli sliced turkey.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Wash potatoes, dry and poke holes into potatoes with fork, then wrap each in tinfoil and place in oven on lowest rack.
Do whatever you want for the next two hours or so. Depending how fast your oven bakes.
Cook stuffing according to package directions.
In a medium sauce pan, combine gravy and turkey. Cook on low until hot.
In a small sauce pan, melt butter.
Take potatoes out of oven. Unwrap and slice down the middle. Pour butter over potatoes. Then spoon stuffing on top, finally topping with gravy and turkey.
