| Bio: | I'm here for the wank. We'll see how it goes from there. My "fandoms" consist mostly of my circle's currently running roleplaying games, linguistics, and bad, stupid, scary, and mockable human behavior. A friend put it most succinctly as being "a connoisseur of human tragedy." I'm assuming this is why I am going to grad school, and studying Japanese and Mandarin at the same time. I also read a lot. I squee over George R.R. Martin and nostalgically enjoy Tamora Pierce and J.K. Rowling. My guilty pleasure is Jim Butcher's The Dresden Files series. I like sci-fi, but I still need to dig up more of it. I'm starting to get into Japanese fiction of all varieties. I'm mostly a gaming geek though, and am really more of an original fiction kind of girl. I watch fandom closely, but I'd make a horrible actual fen. So, I lurk wank communities.
