Player/Pup info: here. Michael Shanks bio highlights: This character is AU enough to say that Michael never had children, and that he never had a relationship with Vaitiare Bandera. Born in Vancouver, Canada on Dec 15th 1970. Height: 6” Eyes: Blue Hair: Sandy blonde Nicknames: Garrett, Mitch, Mich Michael is currently living in LA in the house Heath and he now share. He supports the Vancouver Canucks Ice Hockey team “They Suck!” Like Daniel in Stargate, he drinks a lot of coffee... but unlike Daniel, he doesn't need glasses... though similar to his character in some ways, he is an avid reader of books on various cultures and different mythologies giving his portrayal an interesting edge and depth. Away from the set, He likes to roller blade, windsurf, ski and play ice hockey... And he is a born again Golfer. He owns a Boy, Heath Ledger. Michael claimed him, marked him, took him, and fell in love with him in the space of about 2 hours. We want to say thank you to everyone who offered condolences after Heath's death. After careful consideration and discussion with the moderators, we have made the choice to continue playing Heath and Michael in game just as we always have. Understanding that this might cause some discomfort for other writers and readers, we decided that the best way to address this will be to post all future logs in locked posts. Heath and Michael will no longer attend public bar chats, though we will be hosting private bar chats that will be posted only on Michael and Heath's journals, as well as private meta chats so M!Ralph can visit with his M!Doggie. To those of you who are getting off at this stop, it's been a heck of a ride. We've enjoyed your company for every second of it. And if you look off into the sunset, you'll see Michael and Heath and Max waving goodbye, heading into the happily ever after they deserve. If you want to follow over the hill to see what they're up to, you will always be welcome. As far as The Est goes, Heath is still alive and well, just... mostly out of sight.
