So, it just occurred to me that this journal is blank, and I felt like using my Booster Gold icon, so here I am.
Why is it that the first entry on any blog/journal is unavoidably awkward? It's either an obligatory test post to see how one's layout looks, or a rambling entry such as this where the blogger tries to decide just what he or she will be using the journal for.
I'll settle for rambling, but I don't really plan on using this account for much more than being able to comment where mice aren't allowed.

On a whim I watched an episode of the X-Files today (I haven't watched the show since I was 15 or 16). Naturally, I went on to wander IMDB, only to discover that the new X-Files movie I was vaguely aware of is actually coming out this month! Exciting!
In other news, I'm going to the midnight release of Dark Knight.
