Matt Damon and Misha Collins. Consummation [22 Feb 2010|11:31am] [January 16, 2009. Will be backdated.] [Takes place after Matt comes to Misha.] Misha is good to his word. Though he does slip out of bed once to use the toilet, he returns immediately, pulling Matt just as close. And he drifts on and off, and spends a lot of time looking down at Matt and allowing himself, finally, to consider where they're going. ( Matt barely moves all night, so exhausted that he just stays exactly where he is, dead weight in Misha's arms. )

Matt Damon and Misha Collins. Finished. [15 Jan 2009|05:09am] [January 15, 2009.] [Takes place a week or so after this phone call, while Matt is filming in South Africa.] The soft jazz playing in the background isn't distracting Misha at all from his game of Mah Jongg. In fact, it seems to be helping his concentration as he hums along, his clicks almost in time with the music. He might be a bit off-key, but his heart is embracing every note. ( Anything to keep from thinking about the fact that it's been almost four days since he's talked to Matt.  )

Misha Collins and Matt Damon - Otters and Jazz [05 Jan 2009|10:09pm] [January 5, 2009. Cross-posted to misha.] Laughing once again at the antics of the otters on the screen, Misha glances at his watch and picks up the phone. ( Matt's still probably on set, but he figures he'll give it a try. )

Matt Damon and Jason Patric. Goodbye. [05 Jan 2009|03:26am] [Backstory: occurred Fall of 1992 in Moab, Utah while filming Geronimo: An American Legend. Crossposted to jpatric.] [Takes place not all that long after Jason and Matt's not-a-date, which followed up on Matt finding out that Jason was dating Julia Roberts.] [Warning for inexperienced players, strikes with a belt while angry.] Fuck rental houses. Fuck his life. If this was his house, he'd be tearing it up right now, ripping things off the walls and breaking all the glass. But he doesn't want to be pegged with that label, and so he just...pours another shot. He's running late, but hopefully Jason won't make too big a deal about it. Or maybe he will, in a really good way. Matt checks his hair in a car window, then jogs up to the front step, knocking quickly. ( Hope springs eternal. Or something like that. Jason's heart pounds with that hope and he strides to the door, throwing it open. )

Misha Collins and Matt Damon - The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day [04 Jan 2009|01:47am] [January 4, 2009.] [Takes place after Matt and Misha spend New Years together, and Matt gets a call to report to set. [02 Jan 2009|01:46am] [January 2, 2009.] [The day after Matt makes it to South Africa for reshoots.] Settling into a chair in his suite in Vancouver's Wedgewood Hotel, he takes a sip of his coffee before dialing Matt's number. ( Matt's half-asleep when the phone rings, just because he's finally had a chance to stretch out for more than two minutes at a time. )

Screaming babies. Every possible airport nightmare that could occur, except for lost luggage, and that was only because Matt barely had any. By the time he pushes open the door to his hotel room, he's so exhausted he could just fall down and die. ( Faceplanting on the bed, he digs in his pocket for his phone and dials, swearing when he has to redial and include the proper country code. )
