I had a reason for drawing that, once upon a time. I am no longer sure what that reason was.
Icon credits are in the keywords. The code for the rotating mood theme is here on LJ. The hack for adding in the Flexible Squares theme is here (the older code JF uses will choke on a line or two; just take content that out after you try compiling and it shows you the error), which served as the basis for one of the themes made by TheFulcrum over on LJ.
