| Diet & Exercise, Top Chef, Question about Gossip Girl |

I haven’t posted much this week, mostly because I haven’t had much to post about. I’ve been to the gym two more times and my knee feels even better and that’s about all my big news. I can probably come up with a few more things to say if I try, though. Let’s see...
I upgraded my Daily Plate membership to gold, mainly so I could have the cute little graph of how much weight I lose and so that I could see how much magnesium I get on a daily basis. So far today it’s 20% of my RDA [/geekiness]. I would still love to have a fandom group there if anyone’s interested. Joining is free.
Otherwise, I have felt good and energized most of the week, except today I feel a little tired. I have been going to sleep earlier, which I think is because I’ve been working out and feel better, but I’m still tired today. Friday always does this to me. I will catch up a little on my sleep this weekend, but I can’t do it tomorrow because my computer guy is coming by to try to figure out why my computer keeps arbitrarily rebooting itself (he thinks it has to do with the new memory he installed not synching up) and after he’s gone I’m going to go work out. Maybe I can work in a nap or just go to bed a little early and then sleep in on Sunday. But Sunday is supposed to be pretty and warm so I kind of don’t want to waste it sleeping.
I think my talk about exercise and diet is probably very boring to most of you, and I apologize for how much of it I’ve been doing, but it’s important to me that I memorialize it, so I plan to keep doing it – and hoping it’s not bothering y’all too much!
Let’s see ... I already posted about Hell’s Kitchen and I didn’t watch Step It Up and Dance.
Oh! And I did watch Top Chef:
Bye bye Ryan, I won’t miss your pretentious ass, even though you were kind of pretty. I wouldn’t have minded if Nikki went, though. I think her days are numbered. I was glad Mark didn’t get Knifed because I think he’s a fun little hobbit. Also, good for Dale for winning!
The main thing I’ve been thinking about that episode, though, is that I wonder how those lucky people got into the tailgate party. For the zoo and meals on wheels challenges, I assumed the guests/attendees were major contributors. But there was no charity mentioned in connection with the Bears game, so there must have been some other criteria. Did they know someone connected with the Bears? Did they pay? Random lucky people? Friends of the producers? Some combination of the above? I want to know!!! Because if they ever do Top Chef Dallas (hahahaha like that’s possible!), I want to start preparing to get into one of the challenge events now.
One more thing – A question for people who watch Gossip Girl – Is it just flat out softcore porn and nothing else? Because that’s what the commercials for it lead me to believe.
