I actively participate in 24, X-Files, Smallville and Harry Potter fandoms. I write a bit of fanfic, beta read a bit, and opine and discuss a lot. I love to create silly polls.
I am the founder of a cracktastic sorting and RP comm that you should join!!! ![[info]](http://www.journalfen.net/img/community.gif) hogwarts_hocus. Though I no longer mod there, or play the Sorting Hat, I still play Sara Sidle, Ginny Weasley, and Lana Lang.
I love to beta, and will also provide GSP and internal consistency betas for almost any story in any fandom, including rps. The exceptions I make are all in Harry Potter fandom. I only beta HP fic with canon pairings, plus Neville/Luna and some really rare, off the wall pairings, or gen fic. I will beta any gen fic, or fic with the following pairings: Harry/Ginny (my OTP), Remus/Tonks, Ron/Hermione, Molly Arthur, Bill/Fleur, James/Lily. I will sometimes beta slash and unusual het pairings as well, and make the decision on a case by case basis. I will not beta Harry/Hermione or Harry/Luna fic at all, even if it's a minor pairing in the story or the relationship ends before the story's finish.

My Meyers-Briggs personality type is INTP. I am a Scorpio. If that didn't scare you enough, I am a neopagan following a druid path. And I am a Libertarian.
I am not a big fan of rules or people who believe they are authority figures.
I like both cats and dogs.

I love change and challenges. I love new things and places. I also love meeting new people. I have a policy of adding to my friends list anyone who has added me.
I have two other journals that I post in sporadically: my gardening journal, jardin_de_joie and a journal in which I reminisce about the past, especially my experiences growing up in the 1960s and 1970s, liz_looks_back. I'm especially grateful for comments to the latter, as I can always use help jogging my memory, and I enjoy sharing those fun and interesting times!
