I don't check this often, so if you're friending me here, drop me a comment over on LJ so I know. I'm a liberal, loyal, sci-fi/computing/english geek. Fannish stuff (SGA, House, Heroes, Firefly, Dresden Files) is all friends-locked. Actually, anything vaguely interesting is generally friends-locked for work-related reasons. Bigots, racists and homophobes are not the sort of people I'm interested in friending, but if you do not fall into that category and we have anything in common (and you don't habitually rite l1ke ths b1tcH!!!!1!!!!"), then I'd love to have you as a friend. My interests are actually interests, not all "things I like" (seriously now, who could *like* US foreign policy, for example?).
