| Bio: | I'm a jaded 22-year-old who recently graduated from college with a largely useless degree in psychology. I'm taking a year off to experience the "real world" and do some writing before I head for grad school to get my PsyD. My current pet writing project is a nonfiction book on the fuckups of the NASA administration. It's more interesting than it sounds. I write short bits of original fiction and Harry Potter fanfic on the side. My fiction rarely ever sees the light of day, so don't get anxious. I feel at home on the stage. I act, sing, and do public speaking engagements. I briefly considered a career as a motivational speaker but frankly, those people are annoying. While I'm pretty annoying in my own right, I don't care to take it to that level. I'm addicted to music. Along with singing, I play far too many instruments (flute, piccolo, bassoon, alto/tenor/bari saxophone, some guitar, rudimentary French horn, and very bad piano). I'll also listen to anything provided it has a melody. Except gangsta rap. That stuff just grates on me. I'm also a language nut. I used to speak Spanish fluently, but fell out of practice. I'm working on getting back up to snuff. I can read French and Italian, and I'd like to get more proficient with those someday. I'm currently learning Polish in honor of my heritage (half-Polack), and Japanese for no other reason than that I wanna. I'd like to learn German, Latin, and Gaelic eventually. Maybe Russian and Chinese, too. Why? Why not? Although I'll probably post random things occasionally, this journal is primarily for wanking.
