technical difficulties
This is highly frustrating--I am attempting to alter my icons, but every single attempt ends with "database temporarily unavailable", and I've been trying for two days now. To make it even worse, the "News" has only vague statements about "glitches" to be worked out...

AND THE SUPPORT PAGE WILL NOT LOAD, thus thwarting any effort to TELL them about the user-picture glitch so it might be dealt with.
