I went to see Hotel Rwanda which makes Schindlers List seem like feel good family fun by comparason.
I went with the ex: or bad idea number one and before I went I pulled up mementos from 1991 - 1993 from when I was working in refugee advocasy: bad idea number two. After turning into a crying mess I allowed ex to take me out "to cheer me up": bad idea number three, and listening to his "i-will-always-love-you-i-don't-take-it-for-granted-since-my-ex-was-murdered" emotional landmines over a very nice Penfold grange Shiraz: mistake number four.
