Sadly, it doesn't surprise me at all. Then again, these people have proven time and time again that the only lives they care about are their own.

I still haven't absorbed it. I keep thinking, wait - this means the Admin was willfully responsible for those deaths. Not just in the kill-the-funding-watch-the-bridge-collapse way, but in the oops, we're going to be caught! Lets NOT TELL and maybe no one will notice.
