I spent a long time musing if it wasn't impractical to put the tags for this post on the paper, because how can you click on them like that? And then wondering about the tags. And then I was like duh, but not as fast as I would like.

This is the first time ever that I got tagged for a meme! \o/

You have a messy handwriting but I can read everything you wrote.

Is the dog & fox thing integral part of the meme or do I write there whatever I like?

The dog and fox thing is a sentence that uses (nearly?) every letter in the alphabet, so it's used for handwriting practice. (Is there an equivalent in German?) As far as I'm concerned, nothing is mandatory. Fly! Be free!

Hee! I only knew it because it was mentioned in "Bored of the Rings" as one of the possible meanings of the ring inscription but I had no idea what that was about.

There are various german equivalents, but they all cheat by using proper names.
The least proper name-loaden I can find is
"Oje, Qualm verwölkt Dix zig Farbtriptychons."
"Oh my, smoke clouds Dix's many color triptychs.", roughly.
