Can you tell me the origin of the "five ran, one sauntered..." sentence? It has a terribly familiar ring, I'm almost sure it must be something I made fun of myself before, but my brain is not being cooperative.

[Oh and thanks, I'm quite fond of my Gary Oldman/Natalie Portman icon, too.]

Hee. The Five ran thing is an Eddie Izzard riff on horseracing. In fact, most of those quotes are Mr. Izzard.
