Poor Auggie! He seemed to cling so desperately to his idea of how a relationship should work out, but Parker just wasn't conforming to his "ideal".

TBQH though? Proposing when he did? Was kind of a bad idea. He'd been seeing Parker for - what - four months? And then another four-month separation since she was in Eritrea. Even if not that, the fact that she must have felt lied to on a very deep level when he wanted to enter a lifetime(-ish) commitment couldn't have boded well in any case.

I kind of felt it a little problematic when he reached for her to hold her against him when she didn't seem to want to be near him right there, but luckily he let go soon enough.

I ship A-squared, but I'd kind of rather it didn't happen kind of "by default" because Auggie had no-one else. I'd rather he had legitimately seen Annie as a nice person to be around. She certainly seems to feel the same way!

Alas.

Also, I didn't like how quickly Annie got bounced out of Lena's division, but my guess is she'll have the last laugh when Lena finds out Simon didn't "make" Annie, he just had a fake-out planned as a just in case.

That FBI dude is a major douchebag though. Major, major douchebag. I hope Annie manages to sic someone on him.
