I AM OVER 18 YEARS OLD I live in Melbourne, Australia & am a part-time post-graduate student in Information Science (library studies). Lately I've been very sad and barely functioning - I've just lost my lover/partner of 12+ years, the love of my life, who died recently. That seems the overwhelming truth and substance of my life right now.
Femmeslash and slash fanfiction may be posted here - DO NOT READ IF YOU ARE NOT OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.

Some are born to sweet Delight, Some are born to Endless Night. - William Blake

We shall not cease from exploration And the end of all our exploring Will be to arrive where we started And know the place for the first time. Through the unknown, unremembered gate When the last of earth left to discover Is that which was the beginning; At the source of the longest river The voice of the hidden waterfall And the children in the apple-tree Not known, because not looked for But heard, half-heard, in the stillness Between two waves of the sea. Quick now, here, now, always— A condition of complete simplicity (Costing not less than everything) And all shall be well and All manner of thing shall be well When the tongues of flame are in-folded Into the crowned knot of fire And the fire and the rose are one. (Costing not less than everything) And all shall be well and All manner of thing shall be well When the tongues of flame are in-folded Into the crowned knot of fire And the fire and the rose are one. - T.S.Eliot, Little Gidding, Four Quartets.

Out of doubt, out of dark to the day's rising I came singing in the sun, sword unsheathing To hope's end I rode and to heart's breaking Now for wrath, now for ruin and a red nightfall! - J.R.R. Tolkien

You're Watership Down, by Richard Adams.
Though many think of you as a bit young, even childish, you're actually incredibly deep and complex. You show people the need to rethink their assumptions, and confront them on everything from how they think to where they build their houses. You might be one of the greatest people of all time. You'd be recognized as such if you weren't always talking about talking rabbits. Take the Book Quiz at the Blue Pyramid.
I really must stop talking about rabbits... |
