I feel like a very big part of my childhood has died with him. I remember watching him in "The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!" and having so much fun. To me, he was fun incarnate. It's hard for me to fathom that he's gone.

Holy SHIT! I'm updating... and w/in the same year! My god, it's a miracle! Haven't had much of a reason to post here until now. And why am I gracing you fine internet peoples w/ my glorious presence? BECAUSE I CAN, THAT'S WHY! And also, new Venture Bros. I know I know. It's already several episodes into the new season but I felt like celebrating. So sue me.

It's interesting though that the Venture Bros. brought me in contact w/ one of my old nemeses. It's kind of funny really how much our "relationship", such as it is, mirrors that of Dr. Venture and the Monarch. Of they have no idea of my deep-seated dislike for them and unlike the Monarch, I am thoroughly unpreturbed by this. Still, the resemblance is striking enough for me to be highly uncomfortable about the whole thing.

Anyway, I shall return to my lurking. IGNORE ME!

Funny... House fandom's been wanked 4 times the past week alone. *sniff* My little fandom's growing up SO FAST... It seems like only yesterday that I was watching the premier episode... completely oblivious of the wank that was to come. ... come... HAHAHA... but I digress. I'm only really in it for the Hugh Laurie snark and the compelling medical drama... well mainly the Hugh Laurie snark. I mean, Hugh Laurie on my television box... what's there to wank about?! Just sit back and enjoy the snarky love. But I suppose, when there's fandom, inevitably there will be wank.

Oh well. Keep bringing the wank House fandom. I will enjoy it. ^_______^

You know what? I enjoy being a fan of stuff that most people wouldn't give a rat's ass about... like The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (the movie version at least)... or cheesy 80s New Wave. It's nice having stuff that not EVERY shrieking fangirl drools all over. I may have to share Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Billy Boyd with the shrieking masses but there's very little competition among the fangirls for the boys from Madness and that makes me HAPPY! *hums "Our House" and smiles cheekily*

Well, THAT was short. And as I predicted, NOBODY CARED! :D Oh well... Sorry... still somewhat cranky from the very sleepless Halloween weekend. All the Democratic doom and gloom isn't helping either. Oh well. My only defense is that I didn't vote for Bush Jr. It's not mah fault! XD Ahem...

My hope for 2008? Edwards decides to run. I actually LIKED him... too bad his running mate was so... unappealing. You know, if he DOES decide to run in 08, I just might vote for him. Please Herr Edwards... think it over. ^__^ I love you sir!

I just wish I'd remembered that my Dr. Marten boots had holes in the soles before I put them on today. Now my feet are damp and cold and I'm miserable.
