    Closing the old threads
    Expect renames to take a little longer when you request one. The free and open rename period is over. Except they'll still be free and open (until the upgrade where they will be free for paid users only) but they're going to take anywhere from seconds to days for the foreseeable future.

    A new rename request thread (personal journals)
    The old one's getting a little long and I don't want to miss anyone.

    Comment here if you want your personal journal renamed.

    Edited to Add:
    1)If it's been more than a day and you haven't been renamed, first, check the name you are requesting (which you should have done before you requested it) and make sure it's actually available.
    2)If the name is available and you haven't been renamed, ask again because I've probably missed it.

    Please make sure the name you are requesting is not already taken.

    ETA: If you want to change your community's name, I'm not sure if it would work or not, but you can volunteer to be a test case here. I'm not guaranteeing it will work, but I'm willing to try.
