Due to various physical issues (slight) and emotional issues (severe), I am not starting to go to Aikido tonight, for the fiftieth night in a row. So instead I'm going to cuddle with the dog and watch Sailor Moon and eat Ben and Jerry's ice cream (Phish Food flavor). I can't decide if having severe emotional problems connected to certain physical activities is a good thing or not, because husband = disappointed, but me = fat and watching Sailor Moon. Tough call.
