I am so worried about my cacti. I left it outside because I was sure it wasn't getting enough sun by the looks of it. But now it looks even worse - completely wilted, changing color, one of them looks more like rotten fruit then a cactus.

OH HENRI HOW HAVE I NEGLECTED YOU? :(((

So, uh, I'm going to attempt to give it new potting soil. :\

HERE'S HOPING IT'S NOT DEAD

And much love to the other HD mods <3 Sorry I haven't been around lately :(

Henri! Noooo!

No worries about HD, though, I am VERY EXCITED about getting a turn! EEEEEEE! But but hey, what do you think about having a monthly drag day or something? 'Cause I found these awesome pictures of Signourney Weaver and Tilda Swinton and also there's some of David Tennant in a little black dress around out there somewhere 'cause I've seen them and I want to do it on the first of the month and call it "What a Drag" or something, what do you think? *hopes*

I will love you forever and worship the ground you walk on for some Signourney Weaver pictures.

Some cacti get sick if they get too much water, giving it a bigger pot should help.
/vague recollection.

Cacti are tough though, thrive off neglect. ;>.>

Can you get it back inside on a window sill somewhere?

I'm pretty sure this is what happened. I put it in my sunroom and changed the soil, so hopefully it'll be okay by the time I get back :(

Indoor plants can get sunburn if they're moved out to full, direct sun suddenly. I keep my cactus outside all summer in Virginia (hot and humid and lots of rain this summer) but what I do is work it up to full sun by sticking it in a slightly shaded place outside for a couple of days and gradually move it to more sun.
