I give up. On Supernatural, on the fandom, on certain people who don't understand that the world does not revolve around what they would do in a particular situation.

Note: Spoilers for the last episode of SPN in the link. But mostly I just need to point out that Ataniell is a raging douche. IF I watch any more of the show, I'm gonna watch it at home. But I think she may have killed it for me.

Ataniell really is a raging douche, it's true. I have an LJ friend who used to be a friend of hers and is now traumatized because of it, and I would hate to see the same thing happen to you. I'm kind of skeeved on your behalf that she's, like, seen you in person and stuff. Ew.

So yeah, run fast, run far, is what I think I'm saying here. D:

I had a totally normal conversation with her once, and I was like "well, I don't see the problem," and then I hung around longer and that changed to "OMG I GOT OFF LIGHT."

I don't know the show, but it seemed really douchey to me when she directed people to your journal if they wanted to bitch about the politics. Particularly since your post didn't seem to be a rant on it or anything. . .

Well, I hate the show, but I think if you still like it, then you should stick with it regardless of Ataniell. Just because it should be your decision.

I keep trying to figure out whether it's the show I hate or just I'm having bad associations. It's possible if I was watching it by myself I'd feel that it was skeezy but I could give it a second chance (like I am with Heroes). But right now... aughno. I need some time alone to figure that out.

I sort of take consolation in the fact that my mother met Attaniell once and really doesn't like her. She was all "You're not going over there again? :D :D :D" Makes me feel a little better, y'know?

Well, Dean and Bela are having an argument and he has a gun and advances on her until she's backed against the door. She makes a comment indicting that she's quite clear that the intimidation is sexual in nature. Dean's response? "Don't flatter yourself."

It's not a joke per se. But we're clearly supposed to buy into Dean's 'only pretty girls get raped' fallacy and NOT be squicked out by it. SRY NO, Kripke.

ILU2, BB. I'm kind of sitting in my corner trying to pretend Sam and Dean don't actually exist. The mere thought of Dean right now is giving me "ick" reactions. Sam's getting it by association (and because Dean was rubbing off on him at the end of the season).
