I can't think of an example in a story where the evil do-er's minion isn't intentely evil as well.

Ermmmm.. example of what I mean (possibly):

Seto summons the Blue Eyes White Dragon to fight Yu-gi, but the blue eyes doesn't refuse (as such the BEWD isn't "good"). Although, in that example you could just say that the monsters in that case are just tools. But maybe later on in the game there's no heart or something, thus the example is nullified.

Hmmm.. Impmon from the 3rd season doesn't apply either.

What I mean is.. You have the Wicked Witch of the West.. and she sends out her evil flying monkey minions, right? Thus, the monkies are evil as well. Sometimes there's a fear factor, example of "Do my work or die" etc.. but.. even still, if you're the classic "good", you won't do that work.

I can't think of an example for what's in my head. I know it's got to exist.. I just can't think of it. Somewhere.. there's got to be a focus on the emo of the minions.. right? Least to say, there's another story at the back of my head.

The closest I can think of is the minion who works with the evil person cause they think that the end justifies the means.

Most immediately comes to mind is the story of WA4, where the minion is an elite military team whose goal is essentially good--the restoration of a wartorn world and the setting up of a democratic government--while the leaders are evil who want to restore the world through the use of an artificially evolved lifeform, which makes them make the military team resort to kidnapping, etc. etc. The lifeform's brother is even part of the military team, and he believes this is a way for him to protect and save his sister (and not in a twisted, evil sense).
