In Silent Hill 3, you can unlock a ridiculous "Transformation" costume for Heather. It also gives her special powers like lazers that shoot out of her eyes or some shit. When you choose the outfit in your inventory, she has a whole transformation ~*~sequence~*~

This is a bit character from Harvey Birdman Attorney-at-Law: a bear that always looks happy and whose only line was been some "meep" sound every once in a while.

Adult Swim had the Night of a Thousand Pilots or some crap. One of the pilots was Superjail, which was my favorite. Who knows if it will ever be a show.
This shit is delicious.
The original image was a cat savaging and devouring a sausage (at least I hope that's what it was) which at the time amused me enough to make an icon.
