They are, to me, not the indispensible tool many tout them as. One generator I've been trying to wring a name for my fictional land out of has produced the following:
-Dude
-Thingie
-Blargh
-Whoop
-Cola
And if it's not giving me hilariously out of place words, it's giving me gibberish not pronouncable by mortal man. Maybe the systematic pickaxing of every server hosting one of these things would eliminate all the heinously pretentious names in fantasy fiction.
Or not.
