Reason #49 why John Can't Have Nice Things:
So when I buy comics, I put them aside so I can read series in a big batch instead of one a month. This normally works out okay. Two nights ago, I went 'TODAY I SHALL NOW READ MY COMICS' and sat down to organize things, a lot of it spent going 'wtf, I thought I cancelled Teen Titans.'
And when it was all said and done, all the things I wanted to read organized by series and number, I found out I was missing eight months spread out throughout the piles. It would go from 29 to 32 and then to 35. Somewhere in my house is eight bags of comics going 'why, why don't you love us :('
In conclusion, thank god for downloads.
Things I grabbed (arr) and don't feel a lick guilty about because I already bought and lost the freaking things: Hellboy, BPRD, Invincible, Y the Last Man, and Ex Machina
COOL THINGS I FOUND WHILE GOING THROUGH THE BAGS: Order Of The Stick graphic novels (3!), The Physics of Superheroes, and Nextwave Agents of H.A.T.E. volume 2. And Boneyard. I love the hell out of Boneyard. |
