TRIP UPDATE 1 (all hail wifi) John's trip so far:
Have arrived to see the Fringe Festival (a variety of plays in several venues for cheap tickets) before going off to San Diego and besides nearly dying of heat stroke, I drank lots of beer with my sister.
The first play we saw was hilarious.
The second, however... It's kind of. So this guy was advertising outside of the play we were seeing and it was at the same venue, so my sister and I were all 'we should see this! He says it's funny!'
Fucker tricked us into a
poetry reading! I feel so betrayed.
