the_wanlorn calls it 'eyebleeding'. I expect to get sick of it within a week and make everything grey.

But look! I made a three column layout without having to fuck around with alphas, betas and gammas! They confuse me :(

Also, I went running for and hour and a half today. OHGODKILLMENOW.

You guys, small children are hilarious. Especially when you don’t particularly like the person who’s supposed to be looking after them and they’re smart enough to be naughty on command.

My mum had a go on my cousin’s quad bike. She got about five metres and ran straight into his van. His parked van. I cried laughing.

Then I went to Dublin and drank for four days straight. I had the best tickets ever for the match. Seriously, I found the seat, looked up and assumed I was in the wrong place.

My friend got right up close to one of the Cork players and asked if she could take a picture of him. He told her to fuck off. I’m sure no Kerry player would have done that!

Then there was alcohol. Lots of it. Things to know about Dublin:

1) When you get kicked out of a pub in Temple Bar for throwing fruit at someone wearing a Dublin shirt (look, they had oranges in a bowl with a sign saying ‘please take one!’ What did they think was going to happen?) you get kicked out of every pub in Temple Bar, because they all have radios.

2) When you get kicked off a Dublin bus for being drunk, you can just get the next one. At about four or five in the afternoon oh God.

3) You can’t get served while wearing a Kerry shirt. You have to give a friend your money for the round.

Sunday night was crazy, because all the football people were still out. We ended up between a group of Cork boys and a group of Kerry boys. They had a dance off. An actual dance off. I’ve never seen one before.

We got a hold of one of the little Kerry make up packs that give you a stripe of green and gold face paint, and we went up to every red shirt in the club, told them they had something on their face and then swiped them. One of them took a swing at Ash and I had to put him in a head lock to get him off her.

We got two apartments between us, and on Monday night I was out with the girls in the other one. I had to leave the door unlocked for the ones in mine, and as soon as I went to sleep they sneaked in and turned every stick of furniture except the bed I was in upside down.



I slept through the whole thing.

I was on the tube today when the busker started doing 'I will survive' and suddenly everyone in the tunnel joined in. My face: 0_o

INB4 busking on the Soho line.

And took a lot of pictures. Not one of them came out right. One of the shot put guys dropped the shot on his foot. It was awesome.

But Chris Moyles is on, and his dad is from the same place as mine (roughly). I think they played football against each other. I can see Ballina on my telly :DDDDDDDDDDDD

I always forget what my favourite film is until Jurassic Park comes on TV. How is it so awesome? And why does a fifteen year old film have better CGI than modern stuff?

We won our football match yesterday! Still not entirely sure what happened there. We've never actually won a match before.

Smokin' Aces is the kind of film that's more fun when you imagine the actors are playng the characters you associate them with, rather than the characters in the film. Keamy from Lost and new Kirk kill Daredevil! Richard from Lost kills Jack. God, I love that bit. Random guys from gangsters films are FBI agents! Deadpool cries really prettily!

Speaking of Ryan Reynolds, he is fast becoming my favourite person ever. This is what he had to say about making a Deadpool film:

"Look, I'm into any role in which I get to kick Captain America in the nuts,"

There's so much to do with a movie like this, so much you can do, and I'm just trying to figure out a way to structure all of those things around kicking Captain America in the nuts.

Now that Deadpool is popping up and he's all popular, I've been asked to do a couple things, and I think it'll happen.

I have never seen any Star Trek before. Um, it was good? Kirk: I would hit that. Why is my thing for horribly, horribly flirty men? Honestly. I'm engaged to a guy whose conversational opener with women is "Alright, darlin'? >:)" We got slightly drunk before/during and annoyed the trekkie we were with by not referring to most of the characters by their proper names, like Simon Pegg, fencing dude and tiny Russian guy.

I played two matches at the fete in my old junior school. I got two goals and a point in the first one. During the second one I couldn't get past a player, so I decided that it would be an awesome idea to barge back into her and land on top so I could handpass the ball away.

Considering that's all I remember from the second match, I'm going to guess that didn't go so well. Apparently I played the whole thing, though.

I love you lot. I went drinking with both my parents and my football team which was maybe a bad idea. My parents and their friends were over one side of the parish centre and we were over the other. Beside the bar. We did the Siege of Ennis and I did not fall over! But the girl I was holding onto did. Didn't even try shoe the donkey.

Then we went to this metal place that was the only place in town still letting people in (not my parents, they got home by about 1:30) that I used to go to when I was about 19. They were having a cheese night. Turns out you can, in fact, headbang to Toatl Eclipse of the Heart. ANd I saw my friend from sixth form! He is much less of a dickhead now. It's so nice, telling your ex's friends that you're engaged. He said "You're my favourite one of his girlfriends, including the one I went out with!" WHich was nice. I think.

I have a football thing on Sunday because the GAA is 125 years old.

Shot driver was carjacking victim.

I was playing football about 500m from this when it happened. Did not hear a thing. We got really confused when the helicopter turned up. We waved at it.

I love Dark Avengers. They're sort of like if Marvel did Secret Six (although as much as I love Bendis, he's no Gail Simone). Daredevil Noir is like NOIRNOIRNOIRNOIRNOIRNOIRNOIRNOIR which, you know, it would have to be. Deadpool Suicide Kings looks pretty awesome, but the highlight was this from Thunderbolts:

I have been spending far too much time with runners. My first reaction to finding out he did a marathon was "I wonder what time he did?"

I'm doing maynowrimo but I'm keeping all my writing bits and pieces here so you don't have to put up with it. It's going to be flocked like whoa because lol my writing.

My dad took the football training session tonight because he said we needed more fitness. Sprinting for five minutes at a time is not fitness, dad. It's death.
