EDIT: Great. I yanked'em down but they're still showing up. Phooey. I was hoping to ruin the little troll's fun. Additionally, I'm having to sit on my hands NOT to go into the sf_drama post and call out that anon for being a troll AND dragging my name in to it. I may not have much but I do have some rules that I live by and one of them is I don't fuckin' troll wanks. It grates me to have my name even associated with something like that. BAH.
If a mod wants to try and grab an IP address I would love them.

Yes, because how DARE the Irish people expect you to know how to use their language in their country??? I can understand getting frustrated with trying to understand people (it got a little difficult at times when I was there last year) but I never took it out on the people- I was a stranger to their country. This was THEIR home and I chose to come there. I sat and listened to them and by the end of my stay I could generally figure out what was going on and if I was confused I would just ask politely for the person to repeat themselves. Everyone I met there were very kind and more than happy to slow down so I could understand what they were saying when accents got thick.
And how DARE the Irish people name their children in ways that honor their culture and past? It's not like other cultures don't do this. Nope!
Sweet Jeebus... I don't care if I got unfunny in that post. The pretension oozing from those comments just enraged me. I'm not Irish- I'm Irish-American- so I'm not sure if I have any right to feel a little offended but I do.

The fact that THIS has been going on for two posts now over on unfunny makes me want to start swinging around a Clue Bat like mad. I seriously don't understand why it's so hard to put up a warning on a post but I'm not calling people monsters for not warning. I'm only going to say they look like monumental assholes and idiots to boot. In all the time it takes to rationalize NOT warning you could write a warning. Everything else has warnings- I just always figured it was common sense to warn on a fic. HOWEVER- the folks on the pro-warning side don't look much better.
I never realized there were two very militant sides of this argument who acted like dipshits at the drop of a hat. Hell, I never even knew there WAS an argument until now.
