| Bio: | Okay, um. I'm Tabitha, I'm twenty years old, I live in the UK and I'm currently in my second year at university. I'm studying English and Philosophy at the University of Northampton and... it's okay, I guess. My fandoms are fairly important to me (read: they keep me sane). I've been a fan of Japanese animation (that is, anime. And manga too) for... uh... yeeears. Since my Sailor Moon days back when I was eleven or twelve. It's been a while and I'm interested in quite a lot (see: my interests), but it takes something pretty damn special to catch my fandom interest. Following something is easy enough but being able to be productive and creative for it... I'm a little more picky when it comes to things like that ^^~. Anyway, I'm a huge slash/yaoi/etc fangirl. This is important, keep it in mind. I'm on a comedy kick at the moment. British comedy for the win. Irish comedians are wonderful. Isn't comedy great, everybody? Chances are if you're not in the locality you won't have heard of half of my favourites. Handy tip: try Youtube. You need to see Ed Byrne's routine about beds and sleeping before you die if nothing else. My main thing to me is my writing. I love writing. If I go for too long without writing, I get all lethargic and moan about feeling unproductive. If I go for too long without being able to write (mostly due to other things getting in the way - life, university, whatever) then I tend to go slightly manic about it. Ideally I'd like to eventually get books published blah blah blah, but then again, doesn't everybody? Also, I'm Rosa Phoenicia en Bouton. Love ♥ As I said earlier, my fandoms are fairly important to me. I love being able to share my fandoms with people, so don't be afraid to say something if we happen to share interests (especially the obscure ones). Here's a list of my fandoms as of November 2006 listed in some order of active-ness. Kiss x Kiss Seirei Gakuen: My pet fandom as in I'm the only person who seems to know about it/is interested in it/whatever. Poor dead fandoms, *weep*. It's like Ouran Host Club but more obscure and with more slashiness in it. Listing all my favourite pairings would take up most of the space in this profile so let's just say I like everybodyxeverybody and leave it at that. My favourite favourites would be TakumuxYoshikuni, KazuyaxTakumu, KeigoxYoshikuni, AkhiroxShin, MakotoxIchii, EnamixTomoya and TakutoxMinato, though that's hardly an exhaustive list. Messiah The latest yaoi offering from the people over at Core Dusk/Orbit Soft, this is the tale of pretty men and the vampires who love them. Well, one pretty man. And one vampire. Who I don't like. No, I'm into the obligatory best friend character. RYOUTA X TAKUTO IS OTP FOREVERANEVERANEVER. This game was such an indulgent delight on the senses, my only worry is that nothing will match up to it afterward ^^;; Mock the Week: Don't really mention this one a lot but I'm very fond of the community. It's on a need-to-know basis ♥ (though if the series four compliation was much to go by they pretty much know already). It should be faaairly obvious who I'm fond of, though. The Daily Show: Yes it's a fake news show shut up what do you want from me. Previously referred to in my journal as "my newest fandom" or other such things rather by name. Maze Bakunetsu Jikuu: Akahori and Omishi's lesser-known series, I saw it recently and totally fell for it. I love Chic and Gorgeous most of all, though it's hard to dislike any of the characters to be fair. So yeah, ChicxGorgeous over here plz? Sorcerer Hunters: Duh. Still, even I have to admit that my interest has kiiinda been fading for a while (since I went to university, actually. I'm not really sure why that is)... it's not that I don't still love it, I do still love it and MarronxCarrot is still my OTP (as well as Marron being ♥~) but... well, I find it kind of exhausting trying to summon up the energy to generate excitment over stone-dead fandoms anymore. I do still love it very much but most attempts to revive the fandom strike me as being summed up by the phrase "flogging a dead horse", to be honest. That is, I'm interested and I follow it and I fangirl over it and I love it, but I don't really write for it or connect with the fandoms as well as those I'm active in. Doctor Who: IT IS MY CULTURAL HERITAGE. Doctor Who has been a happy thing since my childhood and my joy at it coming back in 2005 was off the scale. I'm still enjoying it to this point and Tennant is wonderful, Eccleston was excellent but dammit, my weakness is Peter Davison as the 5th Doctor. Give me the 5th Doctor, give me Turlough, you get a happy fangirl. Also, the Master. I ♥ Anthony Ainley as the Master. The world lacks MasterxDoctor kink. I mean, c'mon, he's the Master... Maria-sama ga Miteru: I love it so very much. The characters, the drama, the interactions, the relationships, the setting, the atmosphere, the music... words can't explain how much I love Marimite. I love the Marimite fandom so very much, too... *waves ![[info]](http://www.journalfen.net/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} gardenofmaidens flags*Well, that would be 'everything else' really. I've dabbled in a bit of writing for Azumanga Daioh (SakakixKaorin FTW)... I'm hopelessly addicted to Fire Emblem and could (and have) play it all day. Fire Emblem 7 is my love, though it's all good really. I like Ouran Host Club (and playing it against Seirei, nfu) though I haven't really managed to 'click' with it yet. I'd like to, though. I love Hikaru and Kaoru kjfsndsd *drool*. I hearts videogames. RPGs mostly, though puzzle games and 2D platform games are win too. Oldschool Sega was my first love and I still love all those old games so very much (though any Sonic game past Sonic and Knuckles earns my heavy indifference). Sonic. Tails. Knuckles. Ristar. Headdy. Ecco. OH GOD I LOVE THEM ALL.
