The Steampunk Style Test

Finished planning my costume for this years events. I'll at least be attending one in the summer. I hope to attend the Steampunk Gala in San Diego, but that depends on if I have money. I'm basing it on this dress. It's overly ambitious but I'm finishing my costume from last year first as a back up plan and because I already ave the material.
