I totally suck at cross-posting. I have enough trouble keeping up with one journal, let alone two or three. On top of that, I'm all congested and sneezing again. I either brought something nasty home with me or something at home has my allergies exploding. Whatever it is, I've pretty much been zoning out and watching my Heroes DVDs most of the time.

Anyway, more about Heroes later. Time for stuff that happened at Dragon*Con this weekend.

Since I was reminded last night that I do actually have this journal, I figured I'd try posting something. I'm thinking of keeping this place strictly fandom stuff only and leaving the personal stuff over on LJ. Not that anyone's missing much. My life is way too boring.

I do have some people on my flist here that aren't on my flist at LJ, so I guess I'll use this post to talk about myself. And considering how hard it is to talk about myself on LJ, this probably won't happen much.

I'm Anne. My username came from a cat I used to have, or an old Disney movie, if you recognize it. A few other things:

Currently watching: Dead Like Me (expecting to find the season 2 DVDs in my mailbox today)
Current obsessions: Supernatural, Jensen Ackles, Jeffrey Dean Morgan
Fandoms: Supernatural, some Dark Angel, Grey's Anatomy, and CSI, and I used to be pretty active in BtVS/Angel fandom and occasionally like to revisit.

I tend to watch way too much TV until I get bored with it all and dump any show that does not involve Winchesters or George Eads and Gary Dourdan. My current big TV dilemma is figuring out how to watch three different shows on Thursday nights at 9:00 when I can only record two on the DVR. (Hello downloads!)

I occasionally write fic. Most of that has involved crossing SPN over with various other shows. I've got a big thing for SPN/Grey's Anatomy crossovers.

Most fun thing I've done/craziest thing I've done: Driving 22 hours from my home to Texas to see Jensen Ackles in A Few Good Men. That was awesome and despite getting the migraine from hell after I got home, I'd do it again if I got the chance.

Currently looking forward to: Aside from SPN season 3 (hiatus is killing me!), I'll be going to Dragon*Con this year in Atlanta. No real SPN stuff there, but I'll be wearing my SPN t-shirts and enjoying the BSG and X Files stuff.

And now that I've completely over-shared and everybody's running for the hills, I'm going to try to get busy with that commenting and getting to know people thing. ;-)

Um, yeah. Hi there. I just got this JournalFen account to keep up with anyone from LJ that's moving over here permanently. You can usually find me at LJ, but I plan on checking in here from time to time.

Now if I can ever get used to keeping up with four flists.
