Bias? Shyeah.

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
So, Lady Sybilla accused me of bias in her now deleted Twitter. She asked [info]purplepoppleto make me "refrain from editing" because I'm "quite close with FW" and my "edits are extremely biased".

Now, I'm usually "the diplomat" at Fan History. I don't have much (if any) wank to my name, and some have called me a "class act" in the past. IF I am biased one way or the other, it's usually based on how someone acts towards me/my friends/my family, etc.

Lady Sybilla's crazy actions have EARNED my bias.

I'm putting her on notice that, not only will I not "refrain" from editing the articles about her and her imaginary, illegal piece of second-rate fanfic, I will edit said articles boldly--and if she thinks I'm biased now, she ain't seen nothing yet.

Easing back into fandom

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
I've had a hard time recently getting things done in my fandom. I have three WIPs languishing on fanfic.net, and another three or four ideas rattling around in my brain and on my hard drive. I have a fandom specific website that needs some more coded pages. I have tons of screencaps to crop and photoshop, not to mention two movies and a number of episodes still to watch and cap. I have synopses to write. I have a roleplay that's been sitting semi-idle (and players who have been giving me the pips!). I have articles to write at Fan History about fandom sites I used to moderate.

You get the picture? I'm barely keeping up.

I may have to make some hard decisions pretty soon. There are things that can't be dropped--like laundry, dishes, taking care of the house, etc. But I might be able to drop some other things: facebook comes to mind.

I'll see what happens. Tonight I finished a chapter of my longest WIP, and started the next one. I've got an RP post percolating in my head, and one of the characters from my 2007 NaNo novel is hollering at me to be written. Maybe I'll be able to get back into it.

Maybe.
