I'm not sure if they're accessible without registration (if they aren't, please delete this comment), but highlights include:

21) Post, images, etc., which contain or promote "Slash" (teacher/pupil, animal/human, incest, etc.) relationships are not allowed. Members who post such content will receive a warning.

and

-In both avatars and signatures, any content which promotes rival ships that conflict with H/Hr or this forum (such as R/Hr, H/G, N/G, R/L, etc.), or which mock Harmony, Harry and/or Hermione and their shippers, or are pro-Ron/Ginny/Weasley family, is prohibited.
